Sam obtained a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Seattle Pacific University in 2021. While getting her degree she was a part of SPU’s Delgado Lab, examining how viral infection alters the metabolism of host cells. Outside of the lab she enjoys working out, reading, and eating good food.
